DDL Improvements

We've performed some very important improvements to our DDL.
Since many filehosts went down we had to remove all submissions containing dead links.
Furthermore, only PR+1 or above sites can submit. In this way we can guarantee only quality and unique submissions from trusted sites.
All our longtime submitters who still had our backlink button on have been promoted to 5*. Their submissions will therefore receive the highest number of hits.
