new project on the way

small announcement and a glimpse of my next project
I am working on a massive project, nothing even close to the size I have done before.
But until now, like 15 hours in, I think it is going to be amazing.
Since I can not wait to share what I am actually doing here is a small glimpse of it:

First of all this is not hand drawn, it is a model and the lines are generated.

probably this earns some explanation so here it is:
I am working on a model in sketchup witch I am later going to export to c4d and there some/a lot of images are going to be rendered out.
I will try to make these images as photo realistic as possible.

something about the model:
Basically I am building one massive orbital defense turret, in- and extrenals.

This is a picture of the airlock of the reloading mechanism of the only massive cannon. When I say massive I mean massive the radius of the internal is 2,2 meter. On the left side you can see the slide door witch seals the inside during reloading.

I think I have given you guys enough, don't want to give you all just yet.

at this moment I really don't know when this is going to be ready it probably will still take a lot of more time. So don't be surprised when it will be more then months. I try to work every day something like an hour at least on it but don't always have time.*yes I am already working on it for about 2 weeks*
